• By booking and paying you agree to the following and the Short Term Rental Terms and Conditions


• Sleeps 6 people MAXIMUM


• Parking for Unit 8 comprises of:
  • the courtyard
  • marked parking bay in front of the garage.


• Minimum stay is 2 nights.


• Check-in from 14:00


• Check-out before 10:00


• NO PARTIES/EVENTS allowed


• Strictly NO PETS allowed


• No Smoking indoors


• The cottage has a security alarm


• The complex is patrolled by security guards at night


• A camera system is installed at the front door, courtyard and garage area of the cottage. It will be monitored if complaints are received by neighbours or the alarm is set off.


• This property is managed by a private host. EU consumer law relating to professional hosts might not apply.
